I spoke with an attorney handling the class action today. Not much action so far. Ride has filed for dismissal (natch), but I rather doubt this will happen. If not, next month the legal ball will begin to roll... Over 300 people have contacted the (plaintiffs') attorneys to date. RIDE Shareholders. No place to go but....court? regards, JS
