Long & Foster, Nation's 3rd Largest Real Estate Firm, Signs CARES(TM) Program Agreement with AmeriNet Brokerage to Handle Referrals for Members of Costco & Other Cares(TM) Groups in Mid-Atlantic States in Early 1998.

ENGLEWOOD, Colo., Dec. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- John J. Pembroke, Chairman and C.E.O. of AmeriNet Financial Systems, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: ANFS - news), today announced the signing of an AmeriNet CARES(TM) Program Services Agreement with Long & Foster Real Estate, Inc., -- the nation's third largest residential real estate brokerage -- to handle real estate referrals for Costco members and other CARES(TM) members living in the Mid-Atlantic States.

AmeriNet's landmark Consumer Advantage Real Estate Services (CARES(TM)) program provides real estate and mortgage services at significant savings to consumers. This savings is returned in the form of a cash rebate on mortgage and real estate fees that could reach $6,000 on a home sale, repurchase and mortgage, Mr. Pembroke said.

The agreement with Long & Foster paves the way for expansion of the AmeriNet CARES(TM) Program to the East Coast in early 1998. Currently, this program is available in the states of Washington, Colorado, Arizona and Oregon.

Long & Foster operates 120 offices with 5,500 sales agents in Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Delaware, West Virginia and the District of Columbia. Last year this organization accounted for nearly 49,000 real estate transactions, representing total sales volume of $8.2 billion.

''We are extremely pleased to announce the addition of Long & Foster to our CARES(TM) Program Services Network,'' Mr. Pembroke said. ''For nearly 30 years, Long & Foster has maintained its market leadership position through a tradition of excellent service, sales, leadership and innovation. (Long & Foster President ) Wes Foster is a giant in the industry and is primarily responsible for his management team's unwavering focus on serving the real estate needs of its customers and clients.

''The firm's reputation for integrity and innovation has made Long & Foster well-respected both regionally and nationally,'' Mr. Pembroke continued, ''and is ranked extremely high in its market area for handling customer referrals and relocations.''

Long & Foster joins 15 high-profile real estate firms with 144 offices and more than 4,500 sales agents as members of AmeriNet's CARES(TM) Program Services Network.

Last August, AmeriNet signed a CARES(TM) Program Services Agreement with Costco Companies, Inc., to provide real estate and mortgage services to its 15 million members in the United States.

Seattle-based Costco, which currently operates 203 warehouse stores in 27 states, advertises the AmeriNet/Costco program directly to its members as part of the new Executive Membership service. Costco members interested in buying a home, selling a home or refinancing an existing home simply call an Executive Membership ''800'' number to reach an AmeriNet Customer Services Representative at AmeriNet's National Transaction Center. If the member is in immediate need of real estate services, that member is referred to a real estate firm affiliated with the AmeriNet CARES(TM) Program Services Network. AmeriNet is a real estate and mortgage services company headquartered in Englewood, CO. AmeriNet's stock trades on the OTC Bulletin Board
under the symbol ANFS.
