Hi, John. just answered a post from you over at MYCO. I'd like to see this thread fly; it's a good approach. OK, in response. For Item 1), resistant bacteria- I gotta come down with XOMA (second time around for me- first time was 'took a bath City'). Their BPI product *does* neutralize LPS (lipo-poly-sacheride), and thus halts the complement cascade. Trials show that it's a very active adjuvant whith current bacteriacides. 2)I'll go along with you on LGND. 3)chose AXPH over MLNM- feel its scope is a bit broader, and the Mngmt is very talented! I'd also add 4), my long term favorite being anti sense/code. Here I like ISIP and LYNX. Good luck on this thread! pax et bonum, mch
