I've had a Brown account for a few years and have been waiting for them to go online (the web) - rather than their junky Direct PC access. I walked through the site yesterday and it seems adequate though not innovative in anyway.

BUT, today, after successfully accessing it this morning, all I get now is a refused connection. I suspect they will have some kinks to work out as they gauge demand. They certainly don't have it right yet.

Their new rates, however, are quite nice to see.
