These guys have some good credentials here.
ulrich D. Cochran ,Chairman of the board

In 1940, Cochran was one of the first employees at the newly built Douglas Aircraft Long Beach plant as an expediter on the prototype A-20-b and DC-3/C-47 conversion projects. After service in WW2 he returned to Douglas, working nights as a tool designer while attending College.
This experience influenced his selection of jobs and training courses leading to development of expertise in R&D, cost effective product design, fabrication technology and factory start-ups.
As an employee, consultant or technical adviser he has guided factory designs and product start-ups, domestic and off shore, as well as R&D of original technology which has evolved into todays products including Aerospace, Office Machinery,Computer Peripherals and Medical Products. Companies include: AXELSON MFG.; CIA MEXICANA de MUEBLES de ACERO; COPYSTATICS Inc; HOLLISTER medical Inc; NASHUA Corp.;TEKTRONIC Inc.. and CORDIS RESEARCH Corp.
Cochran has started up, owned and operated 4 manufacturing operations; ParCo Engineering, Inc. (Aircraft and Aerospace components.);Cochran Engineers Ltd. West Indes,(Fiberglass boats): Spark Mfg. Inc.(Light sources for copy machines); Electrol S.A.Mexico
(Electric Clutches).
As a full time inventor consultant to CORDIS RESEARCH from 1991 to 94, he developed and tested gas powered hydraulic rate controlled pump technology which later led to the invention of the vacuum powered disposable infusion pump.
This diverse, hands on experience has lead to understanding that product leadership is the raw material of wealth and the measure of economics, whether it be a small company or a nation.
Since 1986 Cochran and David Brown have collaborated on perfecting the C/B Disposable Infusion System and conception of other ideas and inventions.

Cochran holds the following Medical Device Patents:

#4,773,900,(1988); Disposable Ambulatory Infusion Pump.
