LA Group, Inc. Announces Stock Symbol Change
ROCHESTER, NY--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 4, 1998--LA Group, Inc. (NASDAQ OTC Bulletin Board: ONTV (formerly LAAQ)) today announced the immediate change of its stock symbol to ONTV.
Daniel Fasano, President of LA Group, Inc. stated that the company has requested a symbol change for its common stock. This change has been granted and effective March 5, 1998. Fasano said the request for a symbol change was made to better reflect the on going and soon to be implemented corporate activities. "LA Group, Inc. continues to implement its plans within the as Seen on TV marketplace and believes this symbol change will better reflect to the investing public the corporate intent." The Company recently acquired the assets of What-a-Product, Inc.
