Contest to come up with a spiffy one line description of ICQ:

I searched the reviews of ICQ and found no spiffy one line
description of ICQ...
that would rank with "browser", or "stackables" or
"search engine"

What I found so far was:

"instant chat program"
" tracking program"
"contact software"
"Internet buddy list"
"non-surfing internet communications program"
"buddy pager"

All are LAME
Surely this forum can do better.
All of you wannabe marketing/ad types, let your
creative juices flow!!
