My current long position is RNE - Morgan Stanley Russia and New Europe Fund. The fund is trading at a 10% discount to its NAV. The other possibilities for funds are LETRX (Mutual fund) and TRF (Templeton Russia Fund). However, the former is less liquid, while the latter trades at a significant (30%) premium. I consider ADRs more risky due to shaky shareholder's rights concept in Russia. -Vi
