Date: Friday, October 09, 1998 8:59 AM Subject: Stockwatch: Lake City Gaming Corp - News Release Fred Glasgow acquires shares Lake City Gaming Corp LCG Shares issued 11,203,000 Oct 8 close $3.24 Fri 9 Oct 98 News Release Mr. Fred Glasgow reports Pursuant to section 111 of the Securities Act (B.C.), Fred Glasgow has acquired, through the facilities of the Vancouver Stock Exchange, 22,500 shares of Lake City Gaming Corp. With this acquisition, Mr. Glasgow now owns or exercises control or direction over 8,372,500 shares of LCG representing 72.57 per cent of the issued and outstanding shares. The shares were acquired for investment purposes. Mr. Glasgow did not act jointly or in concert with any other person in effecting the foregoing acquisition.
