I've been called several times by the IR/Marketing firm...saying something about trying to make a special offering to current subscribers of FREEREALTIME.COM.....Sounds more like they are just using their current subscriber base as customer pool. I just looked through their "Investor Packet"....stamped "DRAFT". It's mostly xeroxes of the info on the Freerealtime web site. There are some poor copies of the various screens of Freerealtime and Bullsession. A curious feature, on the charts, the date is listed yr/mo/day...not European format, not American....what? On the website, the CEO is described as 29? or 28...it seems as if his father is on the board.... I personally use the service daily....I'm sure many others do...but this public offering seems a little amateurish...? And I'm still leary about the history of this company, namely the Pub Singin' entity. Any clues on how to research this? Thanks, --Fred
