Hi JC, they should go to listing committee meeting next Thursday - could get conditional listing as soon as that. Finalizing financing for major acquisition which it plans to complete shortly after the listing approval. Also has alternative acquisition opportunities (2) if deal fails to be financed, or could enter a co-branding agreement. 73.5 M shares outstanding Management & insiders have 23 M shares in escrow + free trading. Never visited their stores. Others have.. and liked it.
