The people behind CDH are experienced offshore oil people. The president, Norm Miller was formerly President of The Lasmo offshore operation near Sable island called the Cohassett - Panuke project which has always been a very quiet project and is nearing the end of a 45 million barrell field. Other key people are also former Oil workers as well.. This is a relatively quiet company that does not partake in the pump and dump game
