I see that PAYP is Pay Pop, Inc.; I'm not sure it has anything to do with exciting Pay As You Press technology.

Pay Pop is either a vendor of ice cream dispensing machines, or an outfit that helps young folks repay loans made to them by their fathers (for tuition, etc.). Let's keep investigating--we're getting somewhere!!!
