Pricing tonight for tomorrow. Range raised to $16-$18 (from $12-$14) and size to 7.8MM from 7.5MM At last week's SSB conf, EVERY RBOC at least mentioned an ADSL strategy. Local loop bandwidth is the buzz. Recent Covad deals with NXLK and QWST (strategic investment) should catalyze further institutional interest. Take rates are currently low though, and these guys need to lease RBOC copper - so the horror stories re: CLEC provisioning will be a concern going forward - not to mention inevitable serious incumbent competition. And hearing presentations last year, I was not that impressed with mgmt. But I think the positives, especially the HBWLL momentum, will propel this issue much higher.
