OK, it's carpet cleaning. They just finished part of a private placement that was facilitated by a firm in Nassau, Bahamas. Right. Their web site is part of some outfit called "wealthstocks" which is just a PR firm. Venturi has offices in Utah and Texas. The main guy graduated from BYU and the #2 guy went but dropped out and then listened to some Tommy Hopkins tapes. (Tommy, BTW, is the sleaziest sales dude I have ever seen, and I've seen lots.) So I see what is wrong here. It's a carpet cleaning company that trades on the OTC BB. No time machine, no gold from sea water, no moon rocks, no engine that runs on walnuts and pencil shavings, no weenie wake up goo, no baldness cure, no tire-that-never-goes-flat, no anti-gravity machine. Carpet cleaning. What BB investor is going to believe this? Get real. They should have gone for the NYSE.
