A question and a comment. Is it true that short selling is forbidden on the Frankfurt Exchange?

The reason the stock has risen from $.15 to $2.00 is that some people have obviously taken a look at the technology and liked what they saw. UPGD has always described the capabilities of its data storage technology in its news releases.

As for double digits? If its true what they say about no shorting in Frankfurt who knows. <g>
