From AVBC thread: oh btw AVBC recently did a reverse split Jeff I find it funny that after the split, I checked and the float was something like 12 or 13 million...Then a few weeks later it jumps to 22 million. Tom is leading people to think that it is being caused by some old unfinished business, But I believe in one of my conversations with Tom, he told me it was a participant in a 504 issue ( a separate issue than Fogel or Gator's ). This person got greedy and the 504 was being pulled. Thus causing a reduction in the float. It can not be both ways... If I had my best guess I would say that shares were issued after the R/S and Tom is trying to get them back, (maybe). But either way I am seeing a pattern that I have ignored in the past and paid the price. I am out for now until I see a product on the shelves, or Howard Stern with a bottle of AVBC in one hand and a Porn star in the other, and or a 10 K.........Jim
