somone actually noticed -- not sure of the float -- this is from the FLEDGLING NEWSLETTER and I lost the info but I do check the hotline each week and the newsletter is always bullish on it and even offers a refund on the subscription cost if it doesnt at least double. personally I see $1.5 or 6 times easy if a contract is signed, and why wouldnt they sign if they are saving big over current methods. Sure thing in my book.
