Its a sad state of affairs when jury takes it upon themselves to act like the lottery commission. I have been following the Dow Corning situation for several years. The science is clearly in the companies favor, but science, probability and statistic have no bearing in today's legal system. Common sense is no longer valid either. Look at can of spray paint "Warning do not deliberately concentrate and inhale this product". DUH!! They had to put the warning on the cans as part of a settlement. Where will it end? I wish I knew. I can only hope that no one find my opinion objectionable, if so please do not sue me!!!
