Imagine my surprise upon hearing that these Insituform companies are still around. I was working on Wall Street as long ago as 1980; and lots of people (then) were talking about the Insituform stocks as being the best things since sliced bread. I was interested enough to obtain an annual report. My understanding was that pretty much every water main in crumbling infrastructure cities would be forced to "do" the Insituform thing. I have no interest in the stock(s), but am curious (if you want to spend the time) -- what happened with this seemingly great solution to a big problem ? Jon.
