This concept has already been tested..It is the evolution of man. If you separated a new born and gave it no contact, it would react like a new born all of its life. If you took a group of new born babies and put them together with no outside contact, they would evolve slowly. It took man a long time to evolve to its currant primitive state. I suspect it will take us many more years to reach a higher level of evolution...
