I don't know, I never had to ask Jeeves anything. I don't think Jeeves can answer all the questions anyway,if I am not mistaken it is only one of the tools that goes into the service aspect of the business.Perhaps someone who is more knowledgeable in this sort of thing who happens to read the thread will oblige,I hope.
