The bottom line from this press release that I got from their PR Dept is that Merrick will manufacture the product for Immudyne. Then they will buy it from Immd and sell it to their distributors. Merrick has broad distribution. It is a privately owned company and their treat products alone product $10million in sales. Treats are only a small part of their business
