I will never make an online purchase through Victoria Secrets again! My finance and I got married on Oct 20th and went to Hawaii on our honeymoon. She went online to purchase about $400 worth of items before we left. Purchased with plenty of time to spare, but also chose expedited delivery. The items did NOT come before we left, she had to go buy more items before we left, and we are still waiting for the remainder of the items that were back ordered. I spent quite a bit of time on the phone one day, talking to a variety of people in customer service. Lisa, was the most helpful at the time, but now I see that it was just lip service. Nothing more. NEVER, again will I use their website to make a purchase. With customer service this poor, it's just a matter of time before others stop buying as well.
