Anyone know how many shares the company will have after the IPO? That info does not seem available yet. They seem like a leader in a good field, but their revenue for the 1Q was just 611 thousand. So it seems to be a gamble to me. They are also giving away 12 million in scholarships. That is either very smart to get publicity, very extravagant, or they have some good partners who are actually giving the scholarships. It wasn't clear to me how that worked.
