I don't think we will see this stock scream as it comes out of the gate. Prior to its halt at the company's request it was up .13 cents at .85 I would guess a steady accumulation of stock under $1.00. Lots of contacts to be made, and inputting of data. I would expect the stock to move higher when a flood of new auction contracts of Latin American companies through the e-commerce site is apparent.
