AGT's Internet Software Subsidiary, `Aimagine' Partners with Fujitsu.

AUSTIN, TX, Sept. 23 /CNW/ - Aim Global Technologies (AMEX and TSE; AGT)
today announced that its software division, Aimagine Global Software Company
has entered into a partnership marketing agreement with the Japanese business
solutions giant, Fujitsu Keiyo Systems Engineering Ltd., ``Fujitsu'. The
Company confirmed that Fujitsu is bringing business solutions, using Synergy
for web-based e-business software products, to the Japanese corporate market.
Synergy, the Company's line of Internet enabling business software products
are being marketed by Fujitsu for unique and innovative solutions focused on
addressing the Internet business communication needs of their Japanese
customers requiring communications, business and task management over the
Internet.

Tokyo, Japan, Jeremy Kahn, Director of International Business / New
