The company was founded by Andrew Filipowski, the founder of Platinum Technologies, which was recently sold to Computer Associates. I would suggest that you go to page 45 of the S-1 and review the bios of the Board of Directors. It may be one of the most impressive boards ever assembled. From the S-1: Mr. Filipowski, one of our founders, has been Chairman of our Board of Directors and our Chief Executive Officer since our inception and was our President from our inception until October 1999. He is also Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Platinum Venture Partners, Inc., the previous general partner of the Platinum Venture Partners limited partnerships. Mr. Filipowski was a founder of PLATINUM technology International inc. and served as the Chairman of its Board of Directors, Chief Executive Officer and President from its inception in 1987 until it was acquired by Computer Associates in June 1999. Mr. Filipowski is currently a director of eShare technologies, Inc., System Software Associates, Inc., Blue Rhino Corporation, Bluestone Software Inc. and Platinum Entertainment, Inc.
