I purchased VCAT yesterday after reading the Yahoo message POCI board. Crossy_2000 is their guru and mentioned VCAT on that board. I went to the EDGAR files and did a little DD on my own over the weekend and liked the cash on hand and the seemingly strong current financials.

VCAT is an Incubator company and what really put me over was the strong article in my local news paper. The article was written by Sara Robinson of the New York Times. "Incubators offer path to Internet" Although VCAT was not mentioned, the article was very positive on such stocks and their possible links to companies that were still private.

As a share holder of VCAT, we are now share holders of a lot of promising privately held Internet companies.

I like that.

All the best,
Nick
