First reason - this stock was de-listed from NYSE last year. This means it has no longer been quoted on most stock quotation sites - in effect, it dropped off of most everyone's radar screens. Hard to get people interested in a stock they can't find listed. But when it is put on NASDAQ, it will again receive publicity.
The former CEO (or owner) is back and seems to be hungry for growth - always a good sign.
This company is no little pink sheet company - they have major clients and is a big league business. If they get to their feet, as I think they can have a big year. Shoot, if they just get back to where they were at $18, it will be a tremendous year.
