I see ROBOF has better than 50% institutional holdings. Not sure of the number of stock outstanding but it can not be much. The stock up-ticks very easy. I am waiting for some great news to take place very soon. The tree shake we received and fast return recovery gave me the feeling we will see more movement tomorrow. Looking for a $4 for sure.
