Yellowave Corp. Announces 50% Stock Dividend

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 24, 2000--Yellowave Corp. YWAV today announced that its Board of Directors has approved a 50% stock dividend to shareholders, in the form of a three-for-two stock split.

The stock dividend will be paid on August 31, 2000, to shareholders of record on August 24, 2000. Shareholders will receive a dividend of one additional share for each two shares they own. Fractional shares will be paid in cash in lieu of stock.

The Board of Directors of Yellowave declared the stock dividend to increase the public float and the liquidity of the company's shares.

Shareholders of record will receive the stock dividend directly from the company's transfer agent.

Yellowave is an incubator of high-tech companies, with a special focus on assisting the development of wireless and telecommunications companies emerging from the very active science and technology community in Israel. Yellowave is currently in advanced negotiations with several other Israeli companies.
