Who is Harris & Jefferies? I hope this works! I been running between Yahoo, here and ragingbull. Only Ragingbull.com is still a sane board now but not available at this moment. check out www.freeedgar.com for the latest s-4 filing merge with Harris and Jefferies. I don't recall that I ever read this news before. Is this a new merge. On the first glance, H&J produced revenue of $5.8 millions for first 6 months and bring down $921,000 to the operating income. doesn't look like a dilutive deal again, does it? input please
