Al, at $115-120 when you bought at $60, I'd be tempted to take some profits off the table. I'm kicking myself as I was considering getting in from the mid-60's and never did get aboard.

I have tremendous confidence in MSFT that they'll continue to lead the software industry, as well as shape the computer industry and influence other related (and presently unrelated) businesses for years to come. Have you read Gates' book, "The Road Ahead"? It really gives some insight into MS's future direction.

As to my perspective on buying it now, I keep holding off and hoping that it falls back to below $100, although I don't know why it should. I think "hoping" is the operative word. I may pick up some shares if it dips further this week.

So, I guess the short answer is that I'm bullish on MSFT in the LR, although I have no idea what it will do between now and then.
