Not much to add at this moment except to say that when we get guidance this week, if it is approximately what we all expect, say .80-.90 for this fiscal year for the combined company, than JDSU is selling at a pe of about 50, and a peg of less than .5 on this years earnings. I don't see another tech giant which is as cheap.

Despite the current doom and gloom, imho,it is more probable than not that we get both the 50% compounding profit growth that we all expect, and a re-inflation of the peg to a level of 1.5. The price projection is extraordinary over 3-4 years. I think 300 is a very reasonable possibility within 4 years.
