Dear friend of HYWY,
I just wanted to update you on some exciting news regarding HYWY Software
Corp. Yesterday, we shipped the beta version of our Productivity Environment
for Java to our beta test partners, meeting a key milestone in our company's
development and setting the stage for our first product release later this
spring.
Shipping the beta version of our Productivity Environment for Java is
exciting to us for two reasons. First, it allows us to see our product put
through its paces by application developers in a variety of companies and
technical environments. Second, as we shipped this beta release on our
target date of April 9, it shows that our product development is right on
schedule. With the help of our beta partners' detailed feedback, we'll
continue meeting milestones leading up to our production release in May.
HYWY's Productivity Environment for Java is designed to revolutionize the
way businesses develop, test, deploy, and manage enterprise Java
applications throughout their entire lifecycle. Our beta partners will test
the product's ability to reduce the complexity of Java development, and
overcome shortages of skilled Java programmers by allowing personnel with
skills in other languages such as Visual Basic or C++ to develop and deploy
Java applications. In addition to the formal beta program, several companies
are involved in a broader evaluation program.
One of our beta partners is OS Crypto Inc, a developer of security and
financial systems integrity applications that is already using an alpha
version of the Productivity Environment for Java.

to the power and versatility of HYWY's product. This is a unique,

Enthusiastic feedback from companies like OS Crypto showed we were going in
the right direction and had the right vision. Now we have the chance to
prove ourselves with a more functional and fully featured product.
Companies participating in the beta test program include:
· An investment management and financial services company that manages
mutual funds on behalf of investors throughout North America
· An e-business engineering firm that designs, builds and integrates
Internet software such as customer-facing commerce engines and enterprise
portals
· A developer of vertical e-business marketplaces for real estate markets,
mining and resource markets, and manufacturing and design markets.
We're very proud of our R&D team, who have put in long hours and many a
sleepless night to meet this key milestone. With the beta version in our
testing partner's hands, we are now in the home stretch and foresee
launching our product on schedule in May. I will keep you posted on other
