I posted the following on Canadian Political thread recently. Thought it should go here too.
Someone just suggested to me that he thinks that there is something wrong with Chretien, early Alzheimers perhaps. He thinks he is acting strangely. After all he was a street fighter in his youth, perhaps the punches he took have affected his brain.
