He should have asked Saddam what stocks he would recommend given the current downturn in the technology sector?

Seriously, I didn't see the interview. But, that wouldn't surprise me if Dan Rather threw Saddam a bunch of softball questions. He should have asked Saddam:

-- If he has any regrets about invading Kuwait in 1990?
-- If he has any regrets about being a puppet of the U.S. in the 1980s in his war against Iran.
-- If he could do things all over again, would he use his oil resources to build his people a 1st class country, instead of bringing them war and misery.
-- Does he regret not being able to sell oil on the open market since his invasion of Kuwait and miss those oil revenues that could be used to better his country?
