Hi Tara, Good questions and I will try to get some answers FORE (get it?) you. Current negotiations will decide what the final share structure will be, consequently, we can't do all the math yet. Sales this year will possibly be in the area of $10mm. Carbite Golf Inc.'s financials are empty. The value is in the ownership of Carbite Inc. of San Diego. That's where the sales are.
