I haven't been here (SI) for almost 3 years but was wondering what the scuttlebutt was on LEXR as it is up 8.48% today. I thought there might be some interest here.

I was wondering if Toshiba (or one of the other companies being sued) was making a takeover bid.

It would make sense to me. Toshiba could have bought this company out for less than the amount that has been awarded in the lawsuit they lost a few months back. With more awards to come it would be a good buy.
