MSEV is an emerging oil and gas company that has both oil and gas producing properties. MSEV's goal is to become a mid-range oil and gas producer that focuses on the exploration, discovery and delivery of gas and oil to the North American marketplace. MSEV currently has fifteen independent sources of oil and/or gas revenue. MSEV's production is from nine oil wells in Canada, and six wells producing oil and/or gas revenue in Texas. MSEV is currently involved in four separate multi-well oil and gas prospects, and we continue to look for additional projects that would contribute in building market capitalization

Management seeks to embark on a strategy to maximize shareholder value by acquiring working interests in natural gas and oil exploration and exploitation properties in the United States and Abroad which have excellent potential for gas and oil production and discovery. MSEV management seeks projects with high reward low risk potential to try to grow the revenue base of the Company.

MSEV has aligned with experienced private oil and gas companies and oil and gas prospect brokers. Additionally, by leveraging from the historical contacts of the Corporation's directors and consultants Management is now receiving geological and prospect data on properties in North America.
