CHICAGO, March 24 (Reuters) - Guilford Pharmaceuticals Inc. (GLFD.O: Quote, Profile, Research) on Thursday said its experimental sedation drug had more side effects than conventional therapy, leading it to halt a large ongoing study. Shares plummeted more than 30 percent.
