We all know how huge Internet plays have been recently. This is one that we can't miss!

Communicate.com Inc. (“CMNN”) is a profitable, rapidly growing, debt-free eCommerce company that owns, develops and operates an extensive portfolio of hundreds of targeted, intuitively branded top-level eCommerce websites, including some of the Internet's best names: Perfume.com, Cologne.com, Karate.com, Boxing.com, Wrestling.com, Cricket.com, Brazil.com & Importers.com, to name just a few.

CMNN’s online brands are highly recognizable and instantly credible. CMNN derives revenues from three main sources, selling: 1) Consumer Goods, 2) Advertising and 3) Travel, on its network of targeted B2C and B2B websites. CMNN’s sites intuitively attract approximately one million unique visitors and potential clients per month with no marketing costs, providing them with a key advantage over the competition in customer acquisition.

Just recently they completed the acquisition of more than 650 dot-com domains including hundreds of highly targeted, product-specific domain names that end in "bound.com", including shoppingbound.com, resortbound.com and timesharebound. They are now live and generating revenues as part of the Company's advertising network. Check out the press release: biz.yahoo.com

CMNN also own 99 premium top-level China domains (.cn) in numerous categories, such as commodities (Soybeans.cn) and travel (Airfare.cn).

CMNN brings so much to the table. They've been profitable for nine-consecutive quarters. They are debt free, growing revenues, and have only 17 million shares outstanding with a very low tightly held float. CMNN’s net income in Q1 2005 increased 195% versus Q1 2004, with revenues increasing 97%, CMNN’s revenues increased more than 180% in fiscal 2004 versus 2003, surpassing $3.5 million. CMNN has also just put out a press release stating how they will be taking their FrequentTraveller.com public! Check this out:

CMNN’s travel subsidiary, FrequentTraveller.com, operates three travel/destination websites
(Vietnam.com/Malaysia.com/Indonesia.com) and is developing its flagship travel site, Brazil.com. Previously, Brazil.com had grossed $2.2 million in 12 months when its traffic was redirected to a Miami-based travel company.

Last year FrequentTraveller.com Inc (FTI) brought $247,000 or 8% of CMNN's revenue. CMNN own 8 million shares of FTI.

Just think, CMNN has prime Internet assets in the world's fastest growth industry! Just think of the huge potential here. According to Shop.org’s “State of Retailing Online 8.0” study, conducted by Forrester Research, 2004 online retail sales rose 23.8% to $89 billion, representing 4.6% of total retail sales. The report also projects that in 2005, online retail sales will reach $109.6 billion and that online sales including travel will rise to $172.4 billion.

Also, I think it is interesting that their CFO, Cameron Pan, has a very big resume, including being a past CFO for Memorex USA, a major digital recording company.

Communicate.com has recently been featured in leading eCommerce publications, including Dow Jones' Online Retail Report and Internet Retailer magazine. Check it out: communicate.com

All I know is that CMNN is in the right business at the right time and I believe they will continue growing fast. I definitely think we will continue to see profitable quarters and the stock starting to trade at much higher levels as they grow.
