The Tube Media Corp. Begins Quotation under the New Symbol TUBM

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 7, 2006-- The Tube Media Corp. (the "company") (OTCBB: TUBM) announced today that the company's common stock will begin quotation today under the new symbol TUBM on the Over The Counter Bulletin Board.

The common stock was formerly quoted under the symbol AGUE. The change in the company's symbol is in connection with the change in the company's name, which became effective on Feb. 25, 2006.
