We need to do more than simply point fingers and click our tongues if we expect to have classified military operations protected.

I vote for prosecuting the leakers of any information that is known to put soldiers or civilians at risk of harm from an enemy to the state. Anyone knowingly using that information in an unauthorized manner, should be treated the same way we treat someone who is receiving stolen goods. A free press does not grant the right to show satellite videos of our soldiers locations to the enemy. I see no difference here.

This should be a wake up call for persons who handle strategic information to make sure it gets classified, whether on a ship, on the ground, in the air, or in Administrative meetings all strategic information should be protected.
