While the science looks good here, in all fairness, there is one big fly in the ointment, thus the current price of .18. It appears there are $2.9M in convertible debentures hanging over their heads. I do not know the current status of these debentures but according to the following SEC document, RSCF defaulted on them in July of 2009. Maybe a more astute financial reader could throw in their 2 cents on this matter. Of course, if anyone is familiar with or has any relevant info on this matter, please jump in.
