"Why stocks go up and down." Talks about how to measure the upside/downside ratio for a company's shares.

Seth Klarman's Margin of Safety (I got it for free from a brilliant real estate guy I met), if you don't have a real estate guy who will give it to you, then search for it online. The price for the actual book is... not for a student on a budget—talks about having a Margin of Safety. I guess you could tell by the title, huh?

I started one day reading an old McKinsey book on valuation. I am going to be reading "Wall Street" books as you put in the description. I am confused (other than the NAV and net-net approach) regarding what different methods are not discounted cash flow-based.
