Inter-Rock Minerals acquisition of Papillon 2016-03-23 15:00 MT - Acquisition The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing an agreement dated March 23, 2016, between Inter-Rock Minerals Inc., its wholly owned subsidiary, MIN-AD Inc., Papillon Agricultural LLC and Papillon Agricultural Company Inc., pursuant to which the company will purchase all of the issued and outstanding shares of Papillon. In order to acquire the Papillon shares, the company must pay a total of $5,554,000 (U.S.) over three years.
