Iwerks is my largest holding. I do not have earnings projections - but I would not be
surprised if the near term quarters are a bit low as the company is
looking at partnering with some of its customers rather than outright sales.
For example - they might elect to receive an ongoing revenue stream from an attraction rather
than sell the attraction to the customer, e.g. Iwerks relationship with Dave and Busters
(August, 96 edition of Indiv. Investor).

I just spoke to the one analyst that I knew
who followed the stock. He has moved on to another company and no longer
follows it. He is basically neutral on it, saying that they are undergoing management changes (I'm aware of the CFO change) and that there are better places
to put ones money right now.

I was surprised by his response but I value it, as he recommended the stock at $5 3/8

I am currently holding, but not adding to my position. Personally I think that Iwerks and
Disney would make a great combination - using Iwerks technology to bring the magic of Disney
to the people rather than having to go to Disneyworld or Disneyland.
For a fraction of the cost of one Disneyland one could build hundreds of Disneywerks.
