Dear Rod Bhar, Ironically Commodore was my first investment too! I had bought it with virtually no REAL knowledge in picking stocks (cash flow, book value, technical analysis etc...). I haven't bought any stock since them, because I am still trying to find the right one. However I have too, progressed significantly over the past two years in my investment knowledge. Commodore was a good first time lesson though. I now know that it takes research, research, research and more research to pick the right stock. By the way, I was recently searching for any remains i.e money for shareholders, that Commodore may have left behind. I didn't find any of these kinds of remains but I did pass an article which stated that Cmmodore went into CHAPTER 11, it sais nothing about chapter 7! So I went to the Library to search for the artivel in the New York Times which said Commodore went bankrupt and was going out of business. I though the date was April 24, 1994 but the article was not there. Would you please, if you could tell me the date which Commodore went to "zippo land"! Thank you!
